CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
To provide you with the best service, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. If you notice an error in your order, we would encourage you to contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to change your order if it has not already been processed.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
No. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 7 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the order number.
I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
All packages ship via Australia Post. Delivery time within Australia is 2-3 business days, and 4-6 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
